EPHESUS 3D

Ephesus 3D Touchless is a roll-over type gantry car wash system in which the vehicle remains stationary while the wash unit travels along the rails. Designed as a brushless (touchless) automatic vehicle wash system, it incorporates advanced technologies and intelligent engineering to achieve the highest level of washing performance, delivering exceptional cleaning quality with maximum efficiency.

Touchless Automatic Vehicle Wash System

Ephesus Touchless is a roll-over type gantry vehicle wash system in which the vehicle remains stationary while the washing unit travels along rails. Designed as a brushless (touchless) vehicle wash system, it incorporates advanced technologies to achieve maximum washing performance and superior cleaning quality.

The system can be equipped with a variety of optional accessories, allowing different washing methods and customized wash programs to meet specific operational requirements.

Depending on the selected wash program and optional features, the complete washing cycle ranges from 6 to 12 minutes.

According to the model, the Ephesus Touchless is capable of washing and drying vehicles with heights ranging from 2.50 m to 3.00 m and widths up to 2.20 m, including passenger cars, SUVs, vans, light commercial vehicles, and minibuses. Operators can easily select the desired washing program through a customizable control interface.

The moving wash robots, foam application system, and drying system are all equipped with 3D (three-dimensional) movement capability, enabling them to accurately follow the contours of each vehicle.

By automatically detecting the vehicle profile and continuously adjusting their movement and operating position, all washing and drying systems precisely clean every section of the vehicle, including the front, rear, side panels, roof, and other contoured surfaces. This intelligent profile-tracking technology ensures consistent cleaning and drying performance while maintaining an optimal working distance throughout the entire wash cycle.

One of the most distinctive features of the EPHESUS 3D Touchless Vehicle Wash System is the impressive snow-foam effect created during the pre-wash stage, combined with the smooth slalom movements of the high-pressure washing robots. This unique visual presentation attracts customers' attention while enhancing the overall washing experience.

The horizontal washing robot and drying unit are equipped with a precision vertical movement system driven by brake-controlled motors and a belt-driven mechanism. All machine movements are managed by advanced inverter-controlled drives, ensuring smooth, precise, and reliable operation.

The inverter-controlled bridge drive system provides soft acceleration and deceleration, reducing mechanical wear and extending the service life of motors and gearboxes. With its user-friendly design, low maintenance requirements, and economical operating costs, the EPHESUS 3D offers an efficient and reliable vehicle washing solution.

Chemical Application & Snow Foam Unit

The Chemical Application & Snow Foam Unit performs the pre-wash stage by applying a dirt-softening chemical together with 4 bar low-pressure water across all vehicle surfaces. This process loosens stubborn dirt and prepares the vehicle for effective touchless cleaning. As an optional feature, the system can also apply high-density colored foam, creating an impressive visual effect while enhancing the washing experience.

Spray Technology:
Water and chemicals are delivered through specially designed V-Jet nozzles mounted on the spray manifold. The nozzles distribute the solution at an optimized angle under 4 bar pressure, ensuring uniform coverage over the entire vehicle surface.

Water is supplied by the pump unit, while the dirt-softening chemical and foam concentrate are injected into the water line through electrically controlled proportional dosing pumps. Manufactured in Italy, these high-precision dosing pumps operate automatically via the machine's PLC control system and allow accurate adjustment of the chemical concentration for consistent washing performance and maximum efficiency.

Side Vehicle Washing System Features

The system consists of six rotary turbo jet nozzles mounted on a dedicated plate, capable of delivering high-impact rotating water jets while moving vertically. One complete unit is installed on each of the right and left columns of the automatic vehicle wash machine.

The lateral (left-right) and longitudinal (forward-backward) movements of each unit are automatically controlled by pneumatic cylinders, ensuring precise nozzle positioning throughout the wash cycle.

The vertical (up-and-down) movement of the nozzle assembly is automatically controlled by inverter-driven motion technology, providing smooth, accurate operation and consistent cleaning performance.

Rotary Nozzle - High Pressure Side Surface, Whell and Rim Washing Unit

The Rotary Nozzle Washing Robot is designed to remove heavy dirt deposits from the sides of the vehicle, wheels, and rims by delivering high-pressure rotating water jets at 70–100 bar. The rotating action is powered solely by the water pressure, ensuring efficient cleaning performance without additional drive mechanisms.

Technical Features:
The unit is constructed from a heavy-duty steel frame and structural profiles, securely mounted onto the machine's main chassis. The washing distance is fixed and optimized to provide consistent cleaning performance for the target vehicle profile.

Water Spray System:
The washing system consists of specially designed V-jet nozzles mounted on a dedicated plate, capable of rotating while spraying high-pressure water. The nozzles are installed on automatic Turbo-Cleaner rotary swivel joints, which rotate solely by water pressure. This design allows the nozzles to direct water at the optimum angle, ensuring effective cleaning of recessed and protruding vehicle surfaces while maximizing washing efficiency.

Rotopower Nozzle High Pressure Surface Washing Robot

The Rotopower Nozzle High-Pressure Surface Washing Robot sprays water onto the vehicle surface at a pressure of 100–150 bar while rotating in a helical cone-shaped pattern with a spray angle ranging from 0° to 30°.

Technical Features:
The unit is constructed from a steel frame and structural profiles and is mounted on the main chassis. The washing height is movable and automatically adjusts according to the vehicle being washed.

Water Spray System:
The profile-following high-pressure washing unit for the vehicle roof consists of six special turbo jet nozzles mounted on a dedicated plate. The nozzles rotate while delivering high-impact water jets and are capable of moving to the left and right.

The unit's up-and-down, left-and-right, and forward-and-backward movements are automatically controlled by inverters. Thanks to this technology, the system begins washing from the vehicle's front license plate, follows the entire upper body at a constant distance, and continues the washing process up to the rear license plate.

Wax Application Arch

The Wax Application Arch is designed to evenly apply a concentrated layer of premium drying wax over the entire vehicle surface using water at a pressure of 3.5–4 bar. Applied immediately after the washing cycle, the drying wax reduces water adhesion on the vehicle surface, allowing water to sheet off more effectively before the drying stage. This enhances drying performance while contributing to a cleaner, shinier, and more protected vehicle finish.

Construction Features:

Manufactured from high-quality steel pipes and structural profiles, the main frame is protected against corrosion with a hot-dip galvanized coating. The unit is mounted onto the machine at optimized heights, angles, and intervals to ensure effective wax application across a wide range of vehicle sizes and body types.

Drying System

The Drying System is designed to remove water from the vehicle surface using high-velocity air. Following the rinse and wax application stages, a series of electrically driven high-performance blowers direct powerful streams of air across the vehicle to efficiently eliminate residual water.

By removing remaining water before it can evaporate naturally, the system helps prevent water spots and mineral deposits while also reducing the risk of water freezing on the vehicle surface during cold weather conditions. The precisely engineered air-sweeping technology ensures fast, efficient, and uniform drying, leaving the vehicle clean, dry, and ready for immediate use.

The horizontal drying system is powered by electric motors rated at 2.2 kW each, with all blowers integrated into a single horizontal assembly. Equipped with advanced optical sensors, the system continuously detects and follows the vehicle profile at an optimal distance, ensuring fully automated and highly efficient drying performance.

Featuring true 3D (three-dimensional) movement capability, the horizontal drying unit automatically adjusts the direction of the blower outlets to match the contours of the vehicle throughout the drying cycle. This intelligent profile-following technology provides precise air sweeping, maximizes water removal efficiency, improves drying quality, and minimizes energy consumption while maintaining a safe operating distance from the vehicle surface.

Vertical Drying System - Techinal Features

The Ephesus 3D Vertical Drying System consists of two fixed vertical blower units, one mounted on each side of the machine. Each blower is powered by a 5.5 kW electric motor, delivering a powerful and consistent airflow for efficient side-surface drying.

During operation, the blower outlets automatically adjust their direction according to the vehicle profile, ensuring precise air sweeping and maximum water removal across varying vehicle shapes and dimensions.

The vertical drying unit has a total installed power of 15 kW, with each motor individually supplied and protected through the main electrical control panel. All motors are rated IP65, providing reliable protection against dust and water ingress. Protective inlet grilles are fitted to each blower to prevent large foreign objects from entering and damaging the fan impellers, while additional insulation safeguards the motors against moisture and water exposure.

The automation system is designed so that, in the event of a failure of one blower motor, the remaining motors continue operating independently without interruption, ensuring uninterrupted drying performance. The system is automatically activated by vehicle-detection photoelectric sensors and stops automatically once the drying cycle has been completed. When vehicle drying is not required, the drying system can also be manually disabled through the control system.

Fan Motor Features

The fan motors are equipped with protective insulation against moisture and water, ensuring reliable operation in demanding car wash environments.

The automation system is designed so that if one fan motor fails, the remaining motors continue to operate independently without affecting the overall drying performance. The system is automatically activated by vehicle-detection photoelectric sensors and automatically stops once the drying cycle has been completed.

When vehicle drying is not required, the drying system can also be manually disabled through the control system.
