The ACROBAT 2X Touchless Automatic Vehicle Wash System is a next-generation washing solution in which the vehicle remains stationary while the wash gantry moves overhead along the vehicle.

Developed with advanced technology and innovative engineering, ACROBAT 2X is equipped with state-of-the-art components to achieve the highest level of efficiency in touchless vehicle washing. Fast, economical, and easy to operate, the system is fully managed through a PLC-based automation platform, minimizing operating and maintenance costs while maximizing reliability.
Thanks to its compact and intelligent structural design, the machine can be installed even in limited spaces. A wide range of optional accessories can be integrated into the system, allowing operators to customize washing processes according to their specific requirements.
ACROBAT 2X offers multiple wash programs with cycle times ranging from 2.5 to 6 minutes, providing professional cleaning without any physical brush contact. Its robotic washing technology ensures precise cleaning performance while maintaining the integrity of the vehicle’s paintwork and surface finish.
The machine is capable of washing and drying passenger cars, vans, SUVs, and minibuses up to 2.20 meters in height and 2.20 meters in width, with customizable washing configurations available to meet various operational needs.


Featuring advanced six-axis movement technology, the system's washing arms, foam application units, and high-pressure washing components operate with full 3D functionality. Intelligent vehicle contour detection automatically adjusts system movements according to the vehicle profile, ensuring superior cleaning of the front, rear, side panels, and roof areas.
All movements are controlled by inverter-driven frequency control units, enabling smooth, precise, and energy-efficient operation. To guarantee long-term durability, all metal components are protected using the hot-dip galvanization process, providing exceptional resistance against corrosion. Galvanized surfaces are further coated with electrostatic paint for enhanced protection and an attractive appearance.

CHEMICAL APPLICATION, PRE-SOAK & FOAM SPRAY SYSTEM
The ACROBAT 2X is equipped with an advanced Chemical Application, Pre-Soak, and Foam Spray System designed to maximize cleaning performance before the main washing cycle.
The system utilizes a robotic arm mechanism capable of moving on six axes, applying water, chemicals, and foam with exceptional precision. High-pressure water is sprayed onto the vehicle surface through specially designed nozzles at adjustable angles between 0° and 30°, operating at pressures ranging from 100 to 150 bar.
The rotating nozzles generate pulsating and oscillating water jets that effectively loosen and remove dirt, mud, and road contaminants without damaging the vehicle surface. This advanced technology ensures superior cleaning quality while maintaining complete safety for vehicle paintwork and finishes.
The washing width and height are optimized according to the vehicle dimensions, while the robotic arms carrying the spray nozzles move along the overhead gantry structure. Through synchronized movement, the system provides uniform cleaning performance across the entire vehicle surface.


Using intelligent contour-following technology, the robotic arms automatically track the vehicle profile from the front license plate area to the rear, maintaining a consistent distance throughout the washing process. This ensures thorough cleaning of all upper body surfaces with maximum efficiency.
High-pressure water is supplied by high-efficiency piston-type jet pumps, delivering reliable performance and outstanding cleaning power. All drive motors are controlled by inverter-based speed control units, optimizing system operation while significantly reducing energy consumption.
The system is equipped with an adjustable pressure control valve, allowing operators to fine-tune washing pressure according to specific requirements. High-pressure pump assemblies are mounted on a dedicated heavy-duty chassis and housed within a protective enclosure, ensuring long-term durability, safety, and ease of maintenance.
HIGH-PRESSURE SURFACE WASHING ROBOT
The High-Pressure Surface Washing Robot is designed to effectively remove heavy dirt, mud, and road contaminants from vehicle surfaces through the application of high-pressure water and specialized cleaning agents.
As part of the pre-wash process, a dirt-softening chemical is applied together with water at approximately 4 bar pressure, helping to loosen stubborn contaminants before the main wash cycle. The system also applies a rich, dense foam layer across the entire vehicle surface, ensuring optimal cleaning performance and enhanced dirt removal.
All chemicals recommended and supplied by TMS Wash System are specifically formulated to be safe for vehicle surfaces. They are free from acids and caustic substances, ensuring effective cleaning without causing damage to paintwork, coatings, or exterior components.
Foam application is carried out using specially designed V-Jet nozzles, which distribute the foam evenly over the vehicle. The entire surface is covered with a thick foam layer, allowing cleaning agents to penetrate and soften dirt effectively.
Chemical and foam dosing are controlled by high-precision automatic dosing pumps with adjustable settings. These pumps are capable of proportional dosing, ensuring consistent chemical concentration and optimal consumption. Integrated with the machine's electrical control system, the dosing units operate automatically and can be adjusted to deliver the exact amount of chemical required for each washing program.
This intelligent chemical application technology maximizes cleaning efficiency while minimizing chemical consumption, operating costs, and environmental impact.

ARM MOVEMENTS
